Returns, Refunds & Warranty
At RNS Larsons Australia (Larsons Australia Group PTY LTD), we stand behind the quality of our cricket gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right through our fair and transparent warranty and returns policy.
Returns & Refunds
You may return an item purchased online within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
All products are returnable unless used. Once an item has been used, it falls under our warranty policy instead of the standard return policy.
If the item was delivered correctly and is undamaged, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label.
To initiate a return, email sales@rnsaustralia.com.au with your order details. If the item is faulty or damaged, please attach a clear photo of the issue.
We do not offer exchanges. All approved returns are processed as store credit only, which can be used toward a future purchase.
Warranty Policy
RNS Larsons Australia products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, provided the item has been used and maintained properly.
Protective Equipment (Pads, Gloves, Bags, Thigh Guards, etc.)
Covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty applies to manufacturing faults only.
Proof of purchase is required.
General wear and tear, misuse, or poor care is not covered. For example, worn palms on gloves due to regular play are not considered a defect.
Cricket Bats
Covered by a 6-month warranty on both the blade and handle.
The warranty covers damage from normal use only.
Minor cracks or dents on English Willow are considered normal and are not necessarily faults. Proper preparation, care, and use significantly reduce wear.
The warranty does not cover misuse or damage from the following:
- Excessive use against bowling machines
- Moisture or water damage
- Heat exposure or dryness
- Edge or toe strikes
- Use without proper preparation or protection (such as face tape or toe guard)
- Use with low-quality or overly hard cricket balls
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please email sales@rnsaustralia.com.au with the following:
- Proof of purchase or receipt
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage
- Your contact number
Our team will assess your claim and get back to you. Any repair or replacement will be at the discretion of RNS Larsons Australia after reviewing the condition of the item.
