It all began in 1951, inside a modest workshop in India. For Vas Dev Puri and his son Narinder Dev Puri, making cricket gear wasn’t just a craft—it was a calling. With limited tools but limitless passion, they began shaping bats by hand, one after another, driven by the simple belief that every player deserves gear they can trust.

Through the ’80s and ’90s, Narinder travelled across India—meeting players face-to-face, listening to what they needed, and delivering bats that felt right in their hands. It wasn’t long before word got out. Cricketers started talking. And soon, RNS Larsons became known for something rare: gear that didn’t just perform, but carried a sense of trust and tradition with every swing.

Today, RNS Larsons Australia (Larsons Australia Group PTY LTD) brings that same spirit down under—pairing time-honoured craftsmanship with a deep understanding of the modern game.
